A - At this moment our website is available for UK customers to buy the products online. They can, however buy the product in the UK and directly ship to their loved ones in India free of cost. The Services to our India customers to buy our products directly will be coming soon. We will update and announce the launch for India website in a couple of months.

Q - How do I return a product? What is the process?

Any used products will not be taken back. We will evaluate the issue and let you know if the order is eligible for return and refund.

A - We try our best to deliver the parcel/ order at the quoted deliver time. However, in any unforeseen circumstances a 72 hours delay might be possible. Q - What is Custom Duty charges and who is responsible to pay the charges?
A- The Customs taxes/ VAT/ import duties not included in our ordering policy. These charges are tax levied on import of goods by the Custom authorities and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer. The customer is responsible for the payment. A - If the product type specified in the description is "semi-stitched" then you will have to get minimal stitching done as per your size. We have an in-house professional tailoring expertise to get the made to measure stitching done for you.
