Before the parcel is dispatched to you, our delivery team will follow the quality check processes thoroughly and take the images and videos. These will be saved against the order for future references.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to Refunds and Damages are as follows:
Once the item is received, we would highly recommend you inspect your order by taking the photos of the packaging, a photo of the unopened item, and a photo once the item is opened and making a 360-degree video of opening the parcel and each item inside the parcel.
The refund will be initiated only when either of the conditions are met:
1. Item totally different from the order description.
2. Manufacturing defect (highly unlikely as we quality check all our products thoroughly before we dispatch)
3. Damaged item received. (damaged in transport/transit)
Claiming damage items:
1. Send the pictures and video as mentioned above while making a claim
2. Report us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. It will help us to evaluate the issue and make a right decision
3. Claim made after 24 hours after receiving the product will not be accepted
We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved (within 72 hours of the request received). If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For any eligible and approved refunds, it will take 5- 7 business days to complete the process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

a. The item should be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and if opened should be with all tags still attached along with the proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department via email at admin@tanisi.com in the event any products are delivered without tags.
b. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
c. All footwears should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
d. Items are damaged if they are received damaged as mentioned above in the (Claiming damaged item). Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tears are not considered to be damaged. If you would like to exchange a damaged item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair damaged items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
e. All custom made and designers products are non-returnable, non-refundable; All products under the designers are non-returnable, non-refundable.
f. In case of wrong transaction or error in transaction while processing credit card online. The order will automatically be cancelled by us and the amount if charged on any credit card will be refunded back in your account. Customers need to place a new order in such cases.
g. Customer must return any acceptable returns at his/her own expense. Once the item is received back to us, we will then provide credit in your wallet and can be adjusted accordingly with your next orders. This credit will be of any amount paid\ voucher worth the Invoice value.
h. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
i. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and won't be exchanged unless the product is damaged (see Claiming damaged items as above).
j. Any stitched items (Designers sarees, saree blouse Punjabi suits, gowns, dresses, petticoats, etc.) will not be refunded at any cost. Although, in any unusual circumstances it will be totally discretion to refund/ partial refund any item;
k. Sarees where the fall, beading is done as a part of an order no refund will be acceptable. Although, in any unusual circumstances it will be totally discretion to refund/ partial refund any item.

We always try our best to update the available products on our site all the time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there can be few orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include
1. limitations on quantities available for purchase.
2. inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;
3. any defect regarding the quality of the product.
In these situations, we will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have paid, that will be refunded to the card you made the payment or will be kept as credit in your wallet and can be adjusted accordingly with your next orders.
